மழை ஒரு அருமையான, அழகான, முக்கியமான இயற்கை நிகழ்வு. மழை வந்தால் பலருக்கும் மகிழ்ச்சி ஏற்படுகிறது. மழை சுற்றுப்புற சூழலை குளுமையாக்குகிறது. எனவே அனைவரும் மகிழ்கின்றனர். இது பயிர்களுக்கு தேவையான நீரைக் கொண்டு சேர்ப்பதால் விவசாயிகள் மகிழ்கின்றனர். இது நாம் அனைவருக்கும் வாழத் தேவையான நீரை குளம், குட்டைகள் ஆறுகள், ஏரிகள், மற்றும் நீர் நிலைகளில் கொண்டு சேர்க்கிறது. எனவே மழை இல்லாமல் நனைந்த உலகில் உயிர்கள் வாழ இயலாது. போதுமான மழை பெய்யவில்லை எனில் நீர் நிலைகள் வறண்டு விடும். பஞ்சம், பசி, பட்டினி ஆகியன ஏற்பட்டு வாழ்க்கை மிகவும் பாதிக்கப்படும்.
மழைக்குப் பின்னால் உள்ள அறிவியல் மிகவும் ஆச்சரியமான, சுவாரஸ்யமான ஒன்றாகும். மழை நீருக்கு மூலமான ஆதாரம் கடல் நீர்தான். கடல் நீர் சூரிய வெப்பத்தினால் ஆவியாகி பூமியின் வளிமண்டலத்தில் தூசுத் துகள்களுடன் நீராவியாக காணப்படுவதை நாம் மேகங்கள் என்று கூறுகிறோம். குளிர்வடையும்போது மீண்டும் நீராக மாறி புவியின் மேற்பரப்பில் மழையாகப் பொழிகின்றன. இந்த மழை நீர் ஆறுகள் மூலம் மீண்டும் கடலை சென்றடைகின்றது. இதனிடையில், நீர் நிலைகளில் சேரும் நீரைத்தான் நாம் குடிக்கவும், மற்றும் பல காரணங்களுக்காகவும் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம்.

Rain is a wonderful, beautiful, and very important natural phenomenon. Everyone on the earth is very happy when it rains, of course for a variety of reasons relevant to each one of them. Rain cools the environment. So everyone gets to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Farmers feel happy it because it brings water to the crops. Rain adds water to ponds, rivers, lakes, and water bodies that we all need to live. So life cannot continue to thrive in a world without rain. If there is not enough rain, the water levels in different kinds of water bodies will dry up. Famine, hunger, and starvation will occur and life will be severely affected.
The science behind rain is an amazing and interesting one. The only source of rainwater is seawater. We call them clouds when seawater evaporates from the sun’s heat and evaporates into the Earth’s atmosphere and occur in the environment with dust particles. When the clouds cool down, the water vapor contained in them turns back into water and rains on the earth’s surface. This rainwater then reaches the ocean again through the rivers. In the meantime, we use the water that joins the water different kinds of water bodies for drinking, and for many other reasons.
