  1. Though there are thousands of examples about the use of concept of Sanskrit dictums in the modern world, but a few realize the importance of those. However, very recently i noticed one in my mind–it runs like:

It literally means: Love of God, Fear of Sin, and Morality of the group. If we take the modern system of management and outline the needs of any workers, we would write: He should love his work, should never think to act against the interests of the organization, and should be capable of doing team work. How truly those ancient lines depict the modern need.

    1. Work is duty and duty is God–
    2. Working against the interests of the organization for which you are working is sin–
    3. Maintaining morality and compatibility within the team is team-work–संघ नीति

It has been proven time and again that ancient wisdom is the most prized one, and it caters to the needs of modern world. It also outlines the rules for the success in the present world, in a very poetic way!

  2. Satyameva Jayate
No collection of moral stories will be complete without the mention of Satya Harishcandra. His story is well known and praised by everyone. Truth is the most fundamental moral to be learnt by everyone and it is alone enough to reach God. The following is a small incident showing the satyr vaak paripaalanam of Harishchandra:
