I think you have not given appropriate Punjabi names for some birds in your list. I suggest the following corrections:
Cock: ਕੁਕੜ
Kite: ਇੱਲ
swan: ਬਤਖ
ਬਾਜ is Hawk or falcon and ਹੰਸ is Goose in English.

Not aware of the exact names but some of them are derived from the Hindi ones.
