    Potol–Pointed Gourd
    Notey Shaak–some kind of spinach.

    I am not fully sure about whether “notey shaak”. This could be a regional vegetable.

    Scallion, Shallots, KALE, tarragon, DILL, oregano, thyme, sage, leeks, PARSLEY, Brussels sprouts, SWISS CHARD, Kidney beans, Asparagus, rosemary, OATS, Marjoram, Chives, Chervil, Savory, Cilantro, Fennel, Sorrel, Borage. These are Very Healthy for various uses.
